If you're looking for sleek, glossy perfection, look elsewhere. When assembled, the sides don't line up with the top/bottom by a couple millimeters. But from just a small distance, the imperfections aren't obvious.
The feet that come with the table are NOT attractive metal columns. They're hideous gray plastic squares. They're also only 1.5" high. Who would want to ruin the attractive dark look of these tables with tiny, cheap-looking, gray plastic squares? I didn't even attach the included feet as I planned from the beginning to order taller legs. Search on Amazon for "Como Furniture Legs" and you'll find a good selection of heights in a finish that matches the legs shown in the product picture. I chose these: 552-20-C1 Camar 8" Como Leg Plate Mount - Chrome
The assembly experience is similar to IKEA products. Quick and easy, but with the same low expectations in the results. However, I wouldn't pay anyone this price once you add in shipping, what with the need to replace the legs. If you can find a way to get it with free shipping (you'll need that money to order replacement legs), this is a decent little table.
Product arrived as promised, not a fast shipper but company kept in reasonable touch and delivered when it said it would. More assembly needed than I had anticipated, but all parts were enclosed. The legs are not metal but silver-colored plastic, and rectangular. The finish on two sides had blemishes, but they were fairly easy to repair if you have dark wood wax pencils, dark-finished oil or the like. All in all, it is fine for my needs in an office setting but I would not like the quality if it were in my home. Would have been a great value except for shipping costs.
