Assembly was easy, packaging was phenomenal, visually it's beautiful, but this coffee table is garbage.
Manufactured of particleboard ("engineered wood"), this thing has an incredible stink to it. Reading up a bit more, I learned that particleboard is glued together with the cancer causing urea formaldehyde, which leaks out of the particleboard into the air.
Super. So now I have this stinky thing in my living room. Going to put it outside in the sun for a while and see if that takes care of all the formaldehyde issue. .
The feet which appeared to be stainless steel are just plastic.
table looks nice but is poorly made with cheap legs ( flimsy plastic ) .Overall this coffee table is a moderate buy but what do you really expect for the money.
